When you bring your tools to us for servicing or repair, we always ensure to thoroughly inspect the equipment before starting any tests, calibration, or repairs. We conduct what is called an “as found test”, which means we check whether the equipment has performed sufficiently before we proceed with servicing and repair.
This is your guarantee that a service and repair are always economically justifiable, ensuring we do not repair a tool where it makes more sense to switch to a new one.
In some cases, it may turn out that a potential repair is not cost-effective in relation to the tool's continued lifespan. Therefore, it can sometimes make more sense to buy new, rather than repair the existing one.
For example, if we can see that your tool is too damaged, we will contact you so that we can together find the best solution that fits your needs and budget.
In some instances, it becomes apparent that a potential repair is not cost-effective considering the tool's ongoing lifespan. Therefore, in some situations, it would make more sense to purchase a new one rather than repair the existing tool.
For example, if we notice that your tool is significantly damaged, we will contact you. Together, we can identify the best solution to meet your requirements and budget.
Our online Tool Management System sends you notifications when it's time for service and calibration. This way, you can stop worrying about whether you're exceeding service intervals or calibration intervals. We've got that part covered.
The system also offers a wide range of advantages for both the site manager and the tool manager, as well as for the tool user. User access can be controlled so that the site manager can easily get an overview of all tools, while the service technician can access relevant tools and can access certificates and torque tables in the Tool Management System via an app.
