  • Objective sorting of received applications.
  • Responses to our posed questions to the specific profile (job-specific questions to the profile).
  • Scheduling of job interviews.
  • Processing of candidates and forwarding to relevant processors internally in HYTOR.

The collection of this information strives to provide the best basis for assessing candidates for the sought job. We stay within the legal boundaries regarding processing this type of personal data and store your information following the European Parliament and Council regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and supplementing Danish laws under the Data Protection Ordinance.

Your Rights

You have the right to see what type of personal data we are processing about you.

You have the right to correct and update the personal data we have registered about you.

You have the right to delete the personal data we have registered about you. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, we will delete all data that we are not legally required to keep.

If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent, which means the processing will thereafter cease unless we are legally required to process the personal data.

Our Security Measures for Processing Your Personal Data

Internal procedures and established workflows ensure that no longer relevant personal data is deleted from our systems. Also, our established workflows ensure that the processing of received applications is only distributed to and handled by the management-level employees who are responsible for the respective position.
