Conflict minerals - 3TG

In an effort to halt human suffering and reduce the environmental impact linked to mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining nations, the U.S. government requires traceability of the origins of 3TG minerals, as stipulated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, and mandates reporting to the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) starting in 2014.

Our values are founded on both quality and ethics, as detailed in our HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies and our Code of Conduct.

Therefore, we support the aims and objectives set forth in the U.S. legislation regarding conflict minerals.
