A wide range of our specialists have been
involved in the task for DIN FORSYNING
DIN Forsyning has selected us to perform certified plastic welding, design, construction, and installation of chemical dosing systems as well as the assembly of instrumentation tubes in connection with the establishment of a new heat production plant at Esbjerg port.
A wide array of our specialists have been involved in delivering this project for DIN FORSYNING. Our engineers have designed and developed chemical dosing systems focused on operational reliability and traceability as the highest priorities.
Our specially trained technicians have not only built and installed the chemical dosing units but also carried out certified plastic welding using advanced welding technology for double-layered plastic pipes and played a crucial role in installing hundreds of meters of instrumentation tubes.

About the Facility DIN FORSYNING’s new heat production facility aims to transform the heat supply in Varde and Esbjerg, ensuring that both cities achieve fossil-free heat production.
The heat production plant has been underway since the decision was made to shut down the Esbjerg power plant.
Thomas Gliese, Head of SYSTEMS at HYTOR, stated:
"One of the major focal points of this project has been our ability to act as a system integrator for DIN FORSYNING, and this has been crucial in securing this task for us." He continued, "This highlights our diversity in handling such complex assignments, where we design a solution, construct it, and ensure installation and integration with other processes in a complex facility like DIN FORSYNING’s heat production system."
Dennis B. Jørgensen commented,
“We have consistently had HYTOR’s specialists on site during nearly the entire construction period of DIN FORSYNING’s facility. We are very satisfied with the execution of the work that has been done and greatly appreciate the flexibility shown by both HYTOR and the technicians involved throughout the project period.”
