What is the Tool Management System?
Our Tool Management System is a web-based solution that creates one overall view of all your tools. Access to the Tool Management System gives you an overall view of service intervals, tension tables, certificates and other information and documentation for your tools via your desktop or a smartphone app. You can also see the location of your tools when you are logged in, or receive a notification when your equipment needs to be calibrated.
Service and calibration intervals are displayed with the number of days to the next service. This makes it easy to plan when the tool or equipment should be serviced or calibrated and ensures that you do not have any tools or equipment where you are not sure whether the service or calibration interval has been exceeded.
Who gets the benefit of access to the Tool Management System?
We will customize your access just for you. This means that we create multiple user access credentials, so each user can only see the information, which is relevant to that specific user. An example could be:
Site crew: Can scan all tools and equipment with an app and view all tool and equipment data.
Site supervisor: Has desktop access to view all tools and equipment used on the relevant site.
Site coordinator: Has desktop access to view all tools owned by the customer.
